Dan is now just 75km from the finish in Kinsale, followed by Matt Seward at a distance of 25km. It’s a big gap to close, but if Matt continues at his current pace, it could be a close finish:

A couple of hundred kilometres further back, Ede Harrison holds on to the top spot in the women’s category as she makes her way round Castletownbere – a comfortable 66km ahead of second place female Anisa Aubin.

And Australian rider Kate Fowler reported yesterday that she thinks she’s found her rhythm – keep going Kate!
