After a few years on the North American domestic road racing scene, Jake discovered the joys of bike packing while riding solo across the backroads of his home province of BC. Shortly after getting home, he signed up for his first ultra, the Silk Road Mountain Race, where he was bitten by the ultra-bug. You'll catch Jake racing all sorts of off-road ultras both solo and in a pair with his wife Mel.

Hellenic Mountain Race 2024
For the second edition of this event, riders will leave the famous perched monasteries of Meteora and head to the north and west of Greece, to the steep, forested slopes of the Pindus Mountains. Hike a bike and mediterannean hospitality have been promised, and hopefully better weather than last year.
