2, Earphones. Nothing beats belting out some grunge, screaming at some trees, and singing yourself sane on those long days in the saddle.
3, Bandages. My body is getting worse at repairing itself, or I'm getting worse at preparing myself, or whatever, bandages are there to save my broken body.
