Key items of kit: Nothing about my setup or bike is the lightest but then again nor am I! I've got a set of Restrap bags which have done me well and an Alpkit top tube bag. Various puncture repair kit and a couple spare inner tubes, along with other bike spares.
Sleeping wise, I've borrowed my pals Wild Country Laser Compact 1 tent (thanks Cam) which is a cracker and I'll try my best not to put a hole in it. Sleeping bag, Cloud Base mat and pillow (I'm planning on sleeping), Alpkit's teeny Kraku stove and their pan. Coffee bags, midgie net, tick card, soap and a tea towel (come travel towel) to keep things tolerable. I'm just hoping egg rolls and trail mix will get me through.

Bike: Specialized Chisel 29”
Key items of kit: This is my first and well loved mountain bike. Key to the set up are the multiple hand positions including ergon Ga3 grips, controltech aero bars and ergo my ride inner bar ends. The restrap top tube bag is also a key item which lines up my snacks for me. I’ll have a camelchops feedbag for more snacks and store even more in my hydration pack. The setup will be decently heavy with two forks bag (only one pictured - the other one fell off on this trip) for the sleep set up, tailfin downtube for tools / charging, and the ortleib saddlebag with clothes and more food. Buzzing!

Bike: Travers Titanium EVO 'Monster Cross' frameset, with carbon fork. SRAM AXS 'Mullet' gearing; 10-50 at the back, 46t Rotor Q ring up front. NEXTIE Carbon rims on Hope RS4s with 50mm Goodyear Connector tyres. ShockStop stem and Deda Elementa Aero bars. PNW Components Suspension seat post / dropper. Bags are a mixture of Tailfin, Restrap and Apidura.
Key items of kit: I suffer with arthritis, so I'm giving up speed in favour of comfort with the ShockStop Stem and the PNW Components Suspension seat post / dropper, both of which come with a weight penalty; sooner moving forward slowly, than lying crippled on the verge! Other fave items - 6 Moon Designs Lunar Solo Tarp Tent, PHD Minim sleeping bag.

Bike: My bike is a Liv Devote Advanced, equipped with a 1x 12-speed SRAM AXS rear derailleur and blips on the Deda aero bars. For this ride, I’m running a 34t chainring paired with a 10-44 cassette which hopefully should get me over some tough climbs. The wheels are Giant carbon CXR1, featuring a SON Deluxe dynamo to charge two power packs, and are fitted with 45mm Pirelli Cinturato Gravel H tires. To top it off, I’m treating myself to the comfort of an Infinity E1X saddle.
Key items of kit: I’m storing my spare clothes, bivvy bag, and mat in a 7L Restrap Race saddle bag, while my electronics and repair kit are tucked into a Cyclite handlebar aerobag. Instead of a sleeping bag, I’ve opted for down trousers and jacket. I’ve pledged to go plastic-free,so I’ll carry food and electrolytes in a homemade top tube bag and a Zefal bag under the top tube. For navigation and ride recording, I’ll rely on a Wahoo Elemnt Roam, with a Bolt as a backup. I’m using a Fenix light for riding at night. Overall, the whole setup with food and 2L of water is about 20kg.
