Bike: Van Nicholas Rowtag (Ti) with GRX Di2. Cogs: 11 speed with front: 48 & 31T and rear 11-34. Fenders to keep me dry, clean and happy: SKS Bluemels Primus Aerobar: Deda Parabolica Uno with Riser Kit (45mm). Tyres are Schwalbe One TLE 700x28c. Front wheel is a carbon custom build, unbranded with Son 28 Dynamo Hub and rear wheel is Zipp 303 Firecrest. Electronics are Supernova E3 Pro head and tail light. NC-17 Appcon 3000 USB charger and back-up lights from CatEye Volt 400/800 to see some more in the pitchdark descents.

Key items of kit: Framebag: Blackburn Outpost Elite and Tailfin Aeropack with Tailfin Cage pack holding down jacket and rain jacket still to decide which one and other stuff to keep warm and freshen up.. Apidura Backcountry Food Pouches on both sides and 2.5L in water bottles. I will bring some winter gloves (GripGrab Ride Waterproof) and less thick for less worse weather. Rain tight overshoes and thick ones to keep feet warm. Because of the weather I am for hotels and lodges, sleeping outside doesn't seem attractive this early in the year.
