Bikes of Two Volcano Sprint 2024

10 October, 2024

Two Volcano Sprint has evolved into Europe's season closer, often attracting some of the finest names from the European circuit who attend with fatigue in their legs from a heavy race calendar. It's become an aggressively fast race with many riders pushing for one last win to set them up for a winter's training. It's also notorious for being an ultra-racer's dream with good Italian food never too far away.

For the first time since it's inception in 2019, the 2VS will be held as a free route incorperating 6 mandatory parcours. This could influence bike choices, with some opting for gravel shortcuts by choice, whilst all will have to face an off-road stretch of 14km at the end of parcours no.6. This year there will be a rider award for Most Adventurous, so this may also encourage some gravel setups and chunky tyres.

Have a browse below to see how each rider has equipped themselves for this Italian odyssey.
