Gereon Tewes, Cap 70, Amsterdam
You may know Gereon from his recent result as first pair at TCRNo9. Him and his partner, Sherry, finished top 20 in the Transcontinental Race this year, something very rare in such an intense race. He now finds himself finally on social media and ready to shred at Badlands. For the ride he’s got a new Fara F/Gravel to ride.

Simen Nordahl Svendsen, Cap 6, Mjøndalen, Norway
Simen is a long-time cyclist and now an elite gravel racer. After starting to cycle in his late teens he raced on the road at the elite level until making the switch to gravel. He started his Gravelleur season last year finding himself at the front of most races, he decided to make the switch permanent in 2023. Now, he’s taking the step into ultra-racing with Fara to tackle Badlands 2023.

Jeff Webb, Cap 183, Oslo, Norway
Jeff is an ex-pro racer who started off his own premium bike brand, Fara Cycling. His experience in the pro world was complemented by his extensive experience in ultra-cycling, finishing races like Badlands, the Italy Divide and Bikingman. The Canadian native now lives and trains in Norway after his career in pro-cycling and pro-sports photography as he runs Fara.
Bike: Fara F/Gravel, riding a larger 56 from his 53 to accommodate more packs and increase the wheelbase, RockShox Rudy on the front to make descents more fun and help with hand issues.

Marie Rydne, Cap 233, Gothenburg, Sweden
Marie is the winner of the 2023 Fara giveaway with Fulcrum. She's an experienced gravel rider and cyclist racing TTTs and plenty of other events, she even holds the record for riding across Sweden. Badlands will be her first attempt at ultra-distance cycling and she is certainly one to watch.
