TransAtlantic Way 2018 results

"Over 180 riders lined up to a new start on the outskirts of Dublin with riders going out in waves of 25 every 5 minutes. This year also featured the new mandatory stop rule. There was a checkpoint in Galway to address the amount of riders that scratched in 2017 and the ferry back over the river Shannon was added back in. The finish was in the seaside town of Kinsale. The rivers of rain the riders experienced last year were replaced by melting tarmac during the Irish heatwave with an epic storm thrown in as the riders rounded the ring of Kerry."
