Bikes of Utrecht Ultra 2024
31 July, 2024
This epic ride combines the thrill of exploration with the challenge of endurance. Starting in Utrecht, we’ll head south on a set route into beautiful Belgium, and then tackle three checkpoints and parcours in the stunning Belgian Ardennes and Germany's Eifel region.
The journey ends back in Utrecht, where memories and miles meet.
Given the road terrain and relatively flat nature of the course, this feature is packed with some of the fastest setups we’ve ever seen. Blink and you’ll miss them!
Follow along with expert commentator Julia Freeman to discover who is the first to return to Utrecht and the many tales from the road along the way.

Key items of kit: Three custom bags from Masey Bikepack, each holding a category of items: a canister bag for maintenance/repair, a top tube bag for daily essentials like my wallet and sunscreen, and a frame bag for storing my emergency kit/meds and food. However, my favorite bag is the aero bar bag my aunt made for me. It features a 6L dry sack and two large pockets—perfect for carrying easy-to-access food and snacks. I might also add a saddle bag with a full sleeping kit depending on the weather.
