Pure Peak Grit postponed

While not strictly a race, this event was first run as a women-only chase around many of the Peak District's hills. This year, it opened up to all and quickly sold out.

Alaina Beacall, who has herself managed some impressive ultra-racing and long-distance cycling performances, has made the tough call to postpone the event today. We have no further information about when the event is planning to reschedule.
